His career spans strategic advisory roles with national governments on telecommunications policy, digital infrastructure, GovTech transformation, and climate finance frameworks; regulatory framework design for emerging market regulators including telecommunications taxation, DRM systems, and carbon market governance; commercial strategy and market entry for mobile operators, MVNOs, and infrastructure investors; and program management for large-scale public-private partnerships.
